NOTICE: We have been informed by the Administrative Office of the United States Courts that some CM/ECF Notices of Electronic Filing (NEFs) were not received by the intended recipients. This is a national issue that began on Monday, January 20 and resolved Wednesday, January 22, 2025. In an abundance of caution, the District of Maine will regenerate all NEFs that would have been transmitted for that time period. The bulk regeneration of NEFs will result in duplicate notices being sent. Regenerated NEFs must be sent to all case participants, including terminated parties. We apologize for any inconvenience.
