PACER and NEXTGEN CM/ECF
The United States District Court for the District of Maine is on NextGen CM/ECF (NextGen), the latest version of the national case management and electronic filing system.
NextGen requires each attorney to have an individual PACER account. Shared firm accounts cannot be used for electronic filing. If an individual PACER account is needed, one must be created.
