NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE COURT’S LOCAL RULES
July 13, 2022

For Public Comment:

 The Court proposes to amend its Local Rules to adopt changes to the following Local Rules:
• Local Rule 157.6 – Sealed Documents and Pleadings; adding cooperation agreements to the automatic sealing listing of the rule.

• Local Rule 132 – Sentencing; In section 132(g)(3), the intake email address has been updated and in (g)(1), the requirement to file a motion to seal for cooperation agreements has been eliminated. 

The Court welcomes public comments on the proposed rule changes.   Please submit comments to Clerk Christa K. Berry by October 14, 2022.
