On August 21, 2026, the Court was notified of a nationwide service disruption that affected the delivery of automated CM/ECF emails, including Notices of Electronic Filing (NEFs) and Notices of Docket Activity. 
Although delayed notices are now beginning to be delivered, users may continue to experience delays.
