The Judicial Conference of the United States currently permits a judge, at their discretion, to allow live remote public audio access to portions of a civil non‑trial proceeding in which no witness is testifying. This policy does not create a right to remote access for any party or the public. Only hearings or ceremonies specifically approved by the Court and listed on the Court’s YouTube page are available for remote audio‑only access; proceedings not listed there are not available.
