LOCAL RULES
It is our hope that these local rules will provide practitioners in our district with a clear statement of the Court's policies and procedures and that they will contribute to the improvement of administration of justice in our Court.
However, we remain open to suggestions and welcome comments you may have for improving our local rules. Click the Public Comments on Proposed Local Rules link below to review proposed changes to the local rules and to offer your comments within the indicated public comments period.
