NATURALIZATION CEREMONY CELEBRATED

September 18, 2026

On September 18, 2026, U.S. District Judge Stacey D. Neumann commemorated Citizenship and Constitution Day with a special ceremony at the University of Southern Maine in Portland.

The Honorable Stacey D. Neumann presided and administered the oath of citizenship to forty-one new citizens from twenty-five different countries, including Angola, Bangladesh, Brazil, Burundi, Cambodia, Canada, Central African Republic, China, Columbia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Costa Rica, Djibouti, France, Greece, Hungary, India, Iraq, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Lithuania, Rwanda, South Sudan, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Vietnam.
