PANEL DISCUSSION ON THE PRO BONO WORK TO EMPOWER AND REPRESENT (POWER) ACT OF 2018

You are invited to join the Court for a panel discussion by ZOOM on September 29, 2021 at 4 p.m.

 

Congress enacted the Pro Bono Work to Empower and Represent Act of 2018 with the goal of having every U.S. District in the country host events to encourage lawyers to provide pro bono assistance to victims of domestic violence. This event will feature panelists who will discuss the opportunities for providing pro bono representation, and the challenges and rewards associated with it. The discussion will be moderated by the Hon. Lance E. Walker, of the U.S. District Court, and will feature:
