You can learn the most about ECF from reading the Court’s “Administrative
Procedures Governing Electronic Case Files” and by studying the ECF
User Manual which explains in simple, clear instructions how to register,
log in and use the full ECF system.
Training sessions
for Filers (attorneys and support staff) will be held regularly at the
Bangor and Portland courthouses (click_here_to_view_a_calendar_of_upcoming_sessions). Members
of the Maine State Bar will receive 2 hours of CLE credit for attending
this training.
