ECF REGISTRATION

Effective October 1, 2003, attorneys practicing in this court shall register on the court's ECF system prior to filing any pleadings in any action commenced on or after January 1, 2003. Registration shall be on an Attorney Registration Form.

Completed registration forms should be mailed to:

Once an account has been established, your login and password will be sent to you via email by the Clerk’s Office.

Registration constitutes consent to service of all documents by electronic means.
